Chef Dominique Crenn's Bleu Belle Farm is place of quiet escape and consistent bounty.  The menus of Atelier Crenn, Petit Crenn, Bar Crenn are inspired by the beautiful produce grown at this Sonoma location.  The beauty and quality of each fruit, vegetable, herb, or flower are second only to the important role they play in Chef Dominique's vision of
sustainability.  

As we strive to have all of our restaurants go waste-free, the compost from each location is sent to Bleu Belle Farm and put back in the soil.  This is a small way of giving back to nature what it has given to us.  In creating her very own farm, Dominique Crenn has doubled down on her advocacy for the planet and her commitment to the freshest and most seasonable dishes that are reminiscent of her childhood in France and her love of all things California.
